This is my 1960s mod dress with peter pan collar, purchased from ebay. My headband and wire starburst clip-on earrings are from an estate sale. My leather biker boots are thrifted.
Oh what a darling 1960s look! Sometimes (and not just when I'm watching Mad Men ;D) I get a hankering to venture into the sartorial realm of the 60s, but so far I really haven't done so very much (the 40s and 50s are much more "me"). Yet when I see looks as cute and stylish as yours here, that urge rears its head again. Perhaps one of these days I'll buy a 60s garment or two and give it a shot.
Many thanks for your lovely comment on vintage chocolate recipes post. How cool that you have the pans needed for that cake! Wish we lived closer as well, it would be a joy to share a chat and some dessert together.

Thanks Jessica! You have the perfect 50s look, but yes the 60s can be mighty fun. I will be sure to let you know when I bake the cake.
